Despite me texting Ruthy ENDLESSLY for my first appointment with her out of anxiety, Ruthy always quickly responded and was very helpful. I got "Small Knotless Butt-Length" braids and added on a Wash & Blow dry service as well. During my appointment she showed me my hair progress 3 times to make sure I was satisfied with the length, part size and color combo I picked. She could probably tell that I was nervous due to past experiences and so I'm thankful that her and her mother were so incredibly kind and patient.
This was such a peaceful, professional and intimate salon. I appreciate the great care and patience in doing my hair as I requested. I wanted crochet braids that looked like boho braids (natural) and she executed the look so well… I was worried, but she did an excellent job. I found a new braiding hair salon! Plus they’re reasonably priced for the quality of work!
Amazing African hair braiding by Ruthy did not disappoint. This is my third or fourth shop looking for simple braids shoulder length and not a lot of hair and can catch them kitchens/napes. I needed my time to be respected, this salon meet all of my expectations according to the reviews I read on line. Not mention the calming spiritual vibe. It was amazing. I got 2 for 1, I got my hair braided and I got spiritual nutrition. Just lovely. I can say it out loud. I will be back. Thank you Ruthy
