Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy
At Amazing African Hair Braiding By Ruthy, we dedicate 4 to 8+ hours of intensive, skilled craftsmanship to every style. To protect both our clients and our technicians, we enforce a strict final inspection and acceptance policy for all completed services.
• Service Acceptance:
Once you inspect your hair, accept the service, and leave the salon, the work is considered fully accepted.
• In-Chair Resolution:
If you are not satisfied with your hair during the final inspection, you must notify your stylist before leaving. We will make immediate adjustments or schedule a correction for the next business day.
• In-Chair Refund Option:
If we are unable to correct the style to your satisfaction during your appointment, you may choose to have the extensions/braids removed immediately prior to leaving for a 100% full refund.
• 24-Hour Touch-Up Guarantee:
If a legitimate workmanship defect occurs (such as a loose braid or tension issue), you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment completion. We will schedule a complimentary touch-up to fix the specific area.
• No Complete Redos:
Post-service support covers minor touch-ups only. It does not qualify for a complete redo of the hairstyle.
• Exclusions:
Complimentary touch-ups and refunds will not be granted for a change of mind, requests for a different style, size, length, or color after leaving, or damage resulting from improper care, excessive pulling, or normal wear.
